The Yo-Yo Syndrome
Have you been a yo-yo all your life? Weight going up and weight going down? Starving yourself for those special occasions when you want to look and feel at your very best? I was gaining weight. My health was at risk and my blood pressure shot up to the sky. Exercise was not an option as I had no energy to move. I still had to find the ultimate diet.
